Brian has over 25 years’ experience practicing law in the areas of real estate, zoning and construction, business formations, transactions and disputes, banking and finance, and estate planning and administration. He has attained the highest possible peer review rating of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and been recognized as a Super Lawyer for Business & Corporate Law in the Ohio and Kentucky edition. Prior to founding Dunham Law, he was a member and industry team leader at a 500+ attorney law firm. He is licensed and regularly practices in both Ohio and Kentucky. He is a title agent, Manager of Dunham Law’s affiliated title company, Commerce Land Title, and one of only 17 attorneys currently certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law. He serves as outside general counsel to privately-held businesses in a wide-variety of industries, and local counsel to national and international businesses.
