Brian has over 20 years of experience practicing law in the areas of real estate, zoning and construction, business formations, transactions and disputes, banking and finance, and estate planning and administration. Prior to founding Dunham Law, he was a member and industry team leader at a 500+ attorney law firm. He is licensed and regularly practices in both Ohio and Kentucky. He is a title agent, President of Dunham Law’s affiliated title company, Commerce Land Title, and one of only 17 attorneys currently certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law. He serves as outside general counsel to privately-held businesses in a wide-variety of industries, and local counsel to national and international businesses.

Julie utilizes her previous experience in development, include stakeholder relations and event management, to coordinate and streamline the estate planning and administration, commercial lending, and business formation and transaction processes for Dunham Law clients. Licensed in Kentucky, she has a particular passion for assisting seniors and the elderly, and the family members who support them, with their estate planning issues. Julie is also Vice President of Dunham Law’s affiliated title company, Commerce Land Title.

Cathy has more than 25 years’ experience practicing law in the areas of real estate, zoning and construction, banking and finance, bankruptcy, and estate planning and administration. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio with a focus representing lenders and mortgage companies in hundreds of commercial and residential loan closings. In addition to being an attorney with Dunham Law, Cathy is a Kentucky and Ohio licensed title insurance agent and President of Dunham Law’s affiliated title company, Commerce Land Title.

Dave Johnson has been a trusted and respected advisor to national, regional and local lending institutions for almost 25 years. This includes managing thousands of Ohio and Kentucky real estate foreclosures, other collection and title curative matters across both states. Dave also brings to Dunham Law experience in the areas of general civil litigation, including breach of contract and real property related disputes, and estate planning and administration, which he gained with two of the region’s largest and most respected firms. Dave is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.

Jodi brings over a dozen years of experience practicing in the areas of business, corporate, and finance law. Having practiced in the business law department of a 900+ attorney law firm, served as in-house senior counsel for a public company, and held corporate positions prior to law school, she’s developed valuable practical experience counseling business owners and management. This includes entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and commercial financing. Jodi is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.

David has over 30 years’ experience concentrated in business, corporate, banking and real estate law. A significant portion of David's practice has been the representation of community banking interests in Northern Kentucky. Since 1990, he has been actively involved in the formation of four newly chartered (“de novo”) banks in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. His practice also includes representing residential and commercial developers in all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, financing and zoning. David currently serves as Chairman and CEO of a $1 billion local community bank. David is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.

David has been providing valuable legal and business counsel to entrepreneurs and real estate developers and investors for over 30 years. During this time, he has also established and led businesses, and been a successful real estate developer. He currently serves as CEO of a real estate development company, responsible for overall strategy for growing the portfolio of developed and owned assets. He has been directly responsible for the development of 15 medical office facilities and an office park consisting of 15 buildings and 300,000 square feet, and developed or acquired and repositioned over 20 other projects. David is also the founder and fund manager of the NKY Growth Fund, the region’s first tax credit qualified angel investing fund. David is licensed in Kentucky.
