Stephen practices in the areas of commercial lending, real estate, business and estate planning law. This includes commercial loan closings, LLC and corporate formations, contract review and drafting, sales of privately-held businesses and real estate, and establishing revocable trusts.

Stephen graduated from law school with honors, where he concentrated in business and banking law classes. He gained practical experience during law school serving as an intern and policy analyst with the Kentucky Bankers Association and working as a law clerk for a highly respected transactional law firm. Stephen is admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
